BRING A BUDDY promotion
Do you have a friend you would like to introduce to duathlon and mentor on race day? Triathlon PEI is offering a “Bring a Buddy ” option for first time duathletes. Cost for the buddy is a $15.00 one day membership to Triathlon PEI if they are a non member. Registration fee is waived.
To bring a buddy, email email@example.com and send the name of your buddy. You will then receive a promotional code that your buddy will use for free registration. A great opportunity to introduce and support athletes who would like to become involved in duathlon.
Subaru of Charlottetown Tea Hill Duathlon is a new event to our race series that is sure to be a crowd pleaser. The race course starts in T Hill Park and leads you over some challenging hills, fast flats and stunning views overlooking the Northumberland Strait as you cruise through beautiful Keppoch and Kinlock.

Georgetown is the capital of Kings County, PEI. This scenic community offers the backdrop for one of PEI’s two signature triathlon series events.
Swim: Georgetown Harbour offers sheltered and shallow waters for both novice and experienced swimmers.
Bike: The bike course is a flat and fast loop through the town and along country roads.
Run: The run course is a fast out and back along the rails to trails system. The soft trail surface and sheltered course will be refreshing on a summer morning. Distances Supersprint: 350 m swim/ 10km bike / 2.5 km run
Sprint: 750 m swim/ 20 km bike/ 5 km run

St Peter’s Blueberry Festival Kids of Steel Triathlon
Triathlon PEI is very pleased to add a new kids of Steel Triathlon to our calendar, St Peter’s Blueberry Festival Kids of Steel Triathlon Friday, August 2, 2019 as part of the very popular Blueberry Festival. Come for the triathlon… stay for the week long Blueberry festival, explore the beautiful beaches and sample the mouth watering seafood.
The Triathlon will begin and end in the picturesque community of St. Peter’s at the St Peter’s Bay campground located at 5930 St Peters road, Saint Peter’s Bay, PE C0A 2A0. Greenwich Beach, located at the tip of the St. Peter’s peninsula, is a haven for beach-goers. Greenwich beach’s white sands offer peace and solitude amidst the rolling dunes. Definitely worth a visit !

- Sprint: 5km run, 20 km bike and 2.5 run
- Supersprint: 2.5 run, 10 km bike and 1.25 run
- Kids of Steel Duathlon: Ages 5-7 400m run, 1km bike, 200m run/ Ages 8-10 800m run, 2.5km bike, 400m run/ Ages 11-13 1500m run, 4km bike, 800m run
